PBIS
PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) is a proactive, school-wide framework designed to create a safe, positive, and predictable learning environment for all students. It emphasizes teaching and reinforcing clear behavioral expectations, providing consistent instruction, and recognizing positive behaviors.
Through a multi-tiered system of support, PBIS begins with universal strategies that benefit all students, while also offering targeted interventions and additional support for those who need it. This approach not only encourages positive choices but also uses restorative responses to address unwanted behaviors, helping students learn and grow from their experiences.
RISE Dollars (individual rewards):

Golden Dollars (whole class/group rewards):
-
These are given when the entire class or group is on task and demonstrating our behavioral expectations together. This helps build collective responsibility and encourages teamwork.
